2009～ Joined Dakshin to work as South Indian Head Chef.
I am from Chettinad region, the place famous for the Spice usage.

2000～ Worked in 5 Star Hotel, ITC Grand Maratha in India as North Indian Chef.
2011～ Started working for Dakshin as North Indian Head Chef.
I always intend to present our guests the original taste of North Indian cuisines.
