2011 Became Manager of Dakshin, Yaesu Branch.

1999~ Worked in 5 Star Hotel, Hyatt Regency as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2010 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin as South Indian Head Chef.
South Indian cuisine is highly evaluated in Japan. I strive to serve our guests with Traditional and Delicious South Indian cuisines.
1998~ Worked in 5 Star Hotel, The Imperial as South Indian Chef after gaining experience in other restaurants in India.
2009 Came to Japan to work for Dakshin Higashi Nihombashi Branch as South and North Indian Chef.
And presently working as North Indian Head Chef after gaining more experience in North Indian cooking.
